About the Cause:

Seattle's Union Gospel Mission is a nonprofit ministry that loves and cares for our homeless neighbors throughout greater Seattle. Their mission is to bring the love of Jesus and hope for a new life to our homeless neighbors and to see every homeless neighbor — beloved, redeemed, restored.

UGM addresses root causes to break the cycle of homelessness by meeting urgent physical needs, building relationships, and offering long-term recovery programs. Our efforts work to restore dignity and help move people to healthy, thriving lives.

Serving Details:

The serving opportunity involves serving dinner at Hope Place, one of UGM’s homeless shelters that provides homeless women and their children with housing, recovery programs, and other necessary resources they might otherwise not have access to. This opportunity is more than just plating food. You'll interact with each of the women in residence at Hope Place and get to know them and build relationships. Come join us in seeing this transformation in action.
